Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

If you believe that any copyright infringement exists on the MSN Games website, please use the procedure below to notify us. We will act promptly to remove or disable access to any material that is found to be infringing once a valid notice is received.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, MSN Games will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
